MinA – Street Scanner

The main objective of the project we have prepared is to comprehensively survey the line objects observed in the field. These line objects may include roads, water channels, energy transmission lines, and natural gas pipelines. I had previously worked on a similar project while employed at Baskent Natural Gas Company, where I had prepared it for the comprehensive survey of pipelines with gas leaks.

The software We have prepared, which belongs to MinA Software Company, has some additional features. With this new software, the field teams are shown their task area as a multipolygon. The program, every 10 minutes, associates newly visited points and roads, painting the passed roads in green, partially passed roads in yellow, and completely unpassed roads in red.

The other features of the software include;

  • Filtering GPS position data by date range.
  • Filtering the work of field teams
  • Mapping all the locations visited by field teams
  • Filtering the task area based on status.
  • Displaying traversed roads on the map based on status
  • Uploading areas not recorded with GPS as GeoJSON into the system

3 People worked for this project. On the back-end and database side, our colleagues Mais and Qurban took on the tasks. They developed it using PostgreSQL and Java Spring Boot. As for me, on the mobile side, I used Flutter, and on the front-end, I developed it using Bootstrap and VueJS.
